Groarty Manor is a newly built house, set in its own one acre site surrounded by trees, and is tastefully furnished in warm relaxing colours.  We have Disabled access and disabled bathroom facilities on the ground floor.

The house is environmental friendly, heated with a 50 kw log burner and solar panels. The bedrooms are individual zoned with  their own heat sensors.

We welcome children of all ages, and a cot and high chair can be provided for your use.

Groarty Manor offers a great base for touring County Londonderry, Donegal, and Derry City itself with its historic walls, museums and various other tourist attractions. The historic hill fort, Grianan of Aileach, is just a few miles away. There is an excellent golf course nearby as well as a sports complex and holiday activities such as horse riding and angling.

So whether your stay is long or short, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside in our farmhouse accommodation while availing of all the luxuries of home.

Follow signs for Buncrana (A2) until you reach Skeoge Roundabout, turn left at roundabout and take the next road on the right unto Whitehouse Road. Continue straight through crossroads for 1.25 miles, unto you come to T junction, turn left and we are the first entrance on the right.

 Directions from City Centre
Take the (A2) Buncrana Road, straight through Branch Roundabout, past Central Supermarket on left, then turn left unto Whitehouse Road and follow signs. Striaght through crossroads continue for 1.25 miles. Turn left a T junction and we are first entrance on right.
