Breda and Peter Dore welcome you to Avila Bed and Breakfast.
Our modern residence is a family run bed & breakfast on the Freshford Road(R693). It is located in a quiet residential area of Kilkenny City.
Avila is within walking distance of the city centre passing the historic St. Canice Cathedral and Round Tower. Our ensuite rooms have orthopaedic beds, Clock/radio and hairdryers. There is also a trouser-press available.

 

Kilkenny is a very central location and an ideal base for touring. We will personally help when planning trips and we will do our best to advise you on various routes and attractions.
Guests have their own sitting room Cable T.V. and tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast choice is also available. Our Irish breakfast is not to be missed- Dore's traditional home made sausages, black & white pudding,and home-cured bacon are delicious.
