We can now offer 6 Brand New Hotel size ensuite Rooms - one of which is a fully Wheelchair accessible Double Room with roll in Shower Room.


All our Rooms have a Double (2 have 6ft Zip & link beds that can be made into 2 Single Beds) & Single Bed & are on Ground level.

In our Dedicated Laundry Room we can cater for our Guests Washing requests - No need to go elsewhere when we have these facilities in-house.

Our New Extension also includes a Self catering Apartment on the first Floor but again accessible without stairs over a Bridge.The Apartment has a wonderful Panoramic view of Waterford & the extended Countryside including 4 Counties (Waterford- Kilkenny- Tipperary - Wexford) . You can even see as far as the Comeragh Mountains some 30 miles/50km away.

Why not enjoy the sunset from the Balcony with Glass surrounds not to miss the fantastic view whilst sitting inside & looking out.

The Apartment comprises of 1 Double Room with 6ft Bed which can be separated & turn into 2 3ft Single Beds. Full Bathroom with Bath & shower/WC is across the corridor. There is a further ensuite Bed room again with 6 Ft Bed & large sized ensuite with Double Shower/WC & plenty of space for all your toiletries should you be staying longer than one Night. The Living room has a 3 Seater Sofa which converts into a sizeable Double bed with fully sprung Mattress for your comfort. Dining Table for 4-6 & 3 Seater Sofa completes the Furnishings of this Room.
The Kitchen is fully tiled & has for your convenience a fully integrated Dishwasher , Coffee machine, Induction Hob & Extraction fan. 
Washing is possible in the downstairs purpose build Laundry Room of the B&B.
