Gorman’s Country Home is a family run Bed & Breakfast with over 40 years experience. Set in a rural setting on the outskirts of Killarney, our location is perfectly situated for Hill Walking, Golfing and excursions to Dingle and the famous Ring of Kerry. We are only ten minutes from the Killarney National Park.

Gorman’s Country Home is set on an acre of landscaped ground with a splendid garden. Coupled with the warm soothing decor of our guest lounge, relaxing after a long days sight-seeing is never a problem. 

We offer an extensive breakfast menu from traditional Full Irish to Continental to suit all tastes. Our top quality ingredients are all sourced from local producers. Fresh Dingle Smoked Salmon on Home Baked Brown Bread is always a favourite. Special requests are welcome and all tastes will be satisfied. Accommodation is in tastefully appointed bedrooms with comfortable orthepedic beds throughout. Each room has been individually furnished to a different style.

Most rooms offer beautiful panoramic views of the Kerry Mountains. A perfect accompaniment to the property’s tranquil location. A serene 4km country walk is on the doorstep.

In addition, proprietors Moira and Jim invite all guests to Traditional Irish Music Sessions once a week.
