Set in 76 acres of beech woodland and formal gardens, the historic country house sits on the shores of Lough Ourna, giving the visitor ample scope to pursue a wide range of activities including fishing , golf , sailing, horse riding and hiking . What better way to end the day than with a full four course dinner and wine in the red dining room, surrounded by gilt mirrors and gazing over the lake.

Directions from Dublin:
Take the N7 (Naas Road) to Nenagh (about 100 miles from Dublin). Take the Nenagh turn-off from the N7. At the first set of lights you come to in Nenagh, turn right onto the N52 which will be sign posted to Borrisokane. Follow the road out of the town for about three and a half miles. You will see a lake on the left hand site with a large white house on the far side. This is Ashley Park House (If you reach a town called Ardcroney, you have gone too far!) The entrance is on the left through a large stone arch, past the gate house. Take the drive past the lake to the house. At night time we leave the floodlight on and you can see us from across the lake.
