The Elms B&B is a modernised 17th century country house decorated to the highest standard with all the comforts of modern living.

Conveniently located on the main N25 route 11.1km from Rosslare Ferry Port and 5km from Wexford Town and ideally located for touring the South East of Ireland.

The Elms B&B is a non smoking house and pet's are not allowed in the house. Off street parking is provided for guests.

All 6 Bedroom's (4 Double, 1Twin and 1 Triple Room) are equipped with en-suite shower, T.V hairdryer and clock radio.

A Breakfast menu is provided to suit all taste and a extra early breakfast is provided for guest catcging the ferry back to Fishguard and Pembrook from Rosslare Ferry Port.

Guest can relax in the guest lounge where Tea/Coffee is served with home made scones and jam or simply just watch TV, read a book or have a chat with your host Theresa or Declan who will be happy to discuss any information on tourist attractions to see and visit.
